Consistent, reliable performance

Another year, another renewal for WP ERP Pro. I've been a user for three years now, and the consistency is what keeps me coming back. My initial purchase was for the HR and CRM, but over time, I've integrated more features like the Project Management and Time Tracking. Every update has been seamless, and it continues to be a central part of my business. It's comforting to know I can count on it to just work.

Good value, some quirks

I bought the WP ERP Pro bundle during their anniversary sale. The price was really attractive for what's included-HR, CRM, and Accounting all in one. Installation was straightforward. I found the CRM's lead tracking to be quite useful for my sales team. The reporting features are decent, giving a good overview of our financials. My main gripe is that the UI for the Accounting module could be a bit more intuitive in some sections. It's not a deal-breaker, but it takes some getting used to. Delivery of the license keys was instant, which was good. Overall, it's a solid solution, but there's room for polish in the interface.

Great CRM module!

I just installed the CRM module and it's fantastic! Setting up new contacts was super easy. My team will love this. So glad I found WP ERP. Definitely coming back for more extensions!

WP ERP Pro is a solid choice

I've been using WP ERP Pro for about six months now, and it's mostly been a smooth experience. The initial setup took a little longer than I expected, but the documentation was quite thorough, which helped. I specifically purchased it for the HR Management and Accounting features. The HR module handles leave requests well, and the employee self-service portal has reduced a lot of admin work for us. The Accounting module is also robust, especially for invoicing and expense tracking; it integrates nicely with WooCommerce, which was a big plus for my online store. Support was responsive when I had a question about tax settings, got back to me within a day. Overall, it's a powerful tool for managing our business operations, all from our WordPress dashboard.

thinking about switching from Zoho CRM to this for my small business. anyone have experience with both? is WP ERP actually good for CRM stuff?

T Troy 1 month ago
I used Zoho for a bit before switching to WP ERP. For a small biz, WP ERP's CRM is surprisingly robust, especially with the Pro features. And it's all in WordPress, which was a huge plus for me.

Zoho is pretty polished, but if you're already deep into WordPress, WP ERP makes a lot of sense. The CRM part is decent, maybe not as feature-rich as standalone Zoho out of the box, but the integrations make it powerful.

black friday deals for this, are they any good? like actually worth waiting for or just a small discount?

T Tara Torres 1 month ago
Black Friday is usually their biggest sale of the year. I've seen some deep discounts, often 40% or more, and sometimes the lifetime deals pop up then too. Definitely worth waiting for if you can.

Yeah, their Black Friday sales are legit. Much better than the usual 20-25% discounts they might do. I'd hold out if you're looking for the best price.

is it true you can get a free version of this? or do you have to pay for everything?

B Brett 1 month ago
There's definitely a free core version, yeah. It's pretty basic but good for getting a feel for it. The cool stuff like payroll and advanced CRM is in the paid add-ons or Pro package.

J Josh Whitfield 1 month ago
Yep, free version exists. It's not a trial, it's actually usable. Just limited on features. You'll need to upgrade for a lot of the really useful modules though.

if I buy the annual plan, do I have to pay for updates every single year or is it just for the first year?

L Laura Carter 1 month ago
You pay annually for continued updates and support. If you stop paying, the plugin usually keeps working, but you won't get new features or security updates.

I Ivy Kim 1 month ago
It's like most software licenses. You pay yearly for ongoing updates and access to their support team. If you let it expire, you're stuck with the last version you had.

i'm pretty new to all this ERP stuff, is there a money-back guarantee just in case it's too much for me?

G Greg S. 1 month ago
They do have a money-back guarantee, I think it's 14 or 30 days. Check their site, but I remember seeing it. Gives you some peace of mind.

K Kate 1 month ago
Yes, they offer a money-back guarantee. I'm pretty sure it's 30 days. So you've got time to try it out and see if it fits your workflow.

hey, was looking at the Pro bundle but it seems like a lot to drop all at once. do they ever do like, a lifetime deal or something?

R Ryan Marsh 3 weeks ago
Yeah, they totally do! I snagged one a while back. Keep an eye out, they pop up sometimes, especially around Black Friday or their anniversary events.

N Noor E. 3 weeks ago
AFAIK, they have lifetime deals occasionally. But it's not always available for every single product, usually the Pro bundle. It's a sweet deal if you can grab it.

I saw a coupon code floating around for like 30% off. where do you even put that in when you're buying it?

W Wendy 1 month ago
It's on the checkout page, before you actually pay. There should be a field for 'coupon code' or 'promo code'.

Just look for the box on the payment screen. Can't miss it. Just make sure it applies before you hit 'complete order'.

can I use this on multiple sites if I get the pro version? like for different client projects?

F Faith Doyle 1 month ago
It depends on which Pro license you get. They usually have tiers like 1 site, 5 sites, 25 sites, etc. Make sure to check the specific plan details before buying.
1
M Mike D. 1 month ago
Yeah, but you need to pick the right license tier. The basic Pro might only be for one site, so if you have clients, you'd need a developer or agency license.
